Job Responsibilities:
· Assist in the assembly, testing, and setup of various mechanical systems, such as vehicular or automation systems, and provide continuous support to other departments when available.
· Ensure timely delivery of high-quality mechanical parts or products.
· Develop work instructions and safe work procedures for the manufacturing process.
· Create a low-level training plan to facilitate production assembly work.
· Provide useful feedback and ideas to the engineering team continually.
· Implement good 5S practices.
· Establish calibration procedures for equipment.
Requirements:
· Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
· At least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry or a related field.
· Proficient in manufacturing processes.
· Good knowledge and understanding of the manufacture of products featuring mechanical, electric, and electronic systems.
· Takes ownership and initiative within their job scope.
· Ability to work well in a team.
· Proficiency in English.
