Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification,
optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry and we are looking for a Sales
Director to join our Singapore sales team, working across the Southeast Asia region. If you are
excited by technology that has the power to handle hundreds of thousands of transactions per
second; collect tens of billions of events each day, and evaluate thousands of data-points in
real-time all while responding in just a few milliseconds, then IAS is the place for you!
As the Sales Director, you will work closely with the Southeast Asia sales team. You will be
responsible for driving sales into media agencies, brands and platforms across the Southeast
Asia region. You will be proactive in winning new clients and working towards quotas. The right
candidate for this role will be a hands-on, hungry, new business focused salesperson who
possesses the strategic/commercial astuteness to define, build and execute strategy across
their portfolio and position IAS as a key, value-driving partner to the agencies.


Responsibilities:
● Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities
● Work in partnership with the wider sales team to develop & execute the
commercial strategy to win new business through agencies, platforms and
brands
● Lead a cross-market sales team and support them to achieve new business and
quotas.
● Achieve new business and quotas
● Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across our advertiser and agency
partners.
● Work closely with the Customer Success team and Technical Account Managers
to develop growth strategies across our key business portfolios.
● Represent IAS at industry events including leading keynote presentations or
speaking on panels.
● Work closely with local and regional management to align revenue goals.
● Ensure pipeline is maintained and provide commentary to weekly, monthly and
quarterly reporting
● Be highly visible within the company’s highest revenue-generating sales team
and participate in industry events / panels
● Keep up to date with all programmatic product enhancements and developments
and communicate these to clients in a clear and intelligent manner.
● Collaborate with team members by sharing industry knowledge, trends and
developments.


Experience:

● Ideally 5+ years’ sales experience in a client-facing sales role, ideally from a
Digital Agency or AdTech
● Demonstrated proficiency in effectively managing, coaching, and mentoring sales
teams to achieve optimal performance and exceed targets
● Existing relationships with senior agency and brand stakeholders across
Southeast Asia
● A driven, commercial director to grow existing sales opportunities and source
new sales opportunities
● Public speaking experience at industry events preferred
● Experience leading client meetings, data analysis, and strategic business reviews
● Demonstrated track record of owning customer relationships, overseeing the
entire sales lifecycle and meeting / exceeding quotas
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
● Experience in delivering accurate and predictable sales forecasting within a
weekly, monthly and quarterly cadence with demonstrable proficiency using
Salesforce
● A collaborative, positive, can-do approach
● A proven track record of forward and innovative thinking for driving business
results
