Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize and represent the brand across various expressions within the brand identity framework.
- Work with the marketing team to set creative directions in meeting objectives of a marketing campaign.
- Develop creative concepts and designs for online/offline advertising, in-store point-of-sales material, baby fairs, events and other marketing collaterals.
- Conceptualize and develop creative packaging designs for existing as well as new products.
- Manage the execution of all creative deliverables in-line with project schedule and deadlines.
- Manage consistent visual aesthetics across all projects according to brand identity and guidelines.
- Take the lead in project communication, including liaising with 3rd party vendors on the colour proofing, production and development of marketing and sales collaterals.
- Other ad hoc projects.
Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in graphic design, visual communication or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG industry
- Experience in photography and editing skills are added advantage.
- Knowledge of trade marketing, print production process and file preparation for printing.
- Proficient in designing software (eg: Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.)
- Experience with 3D modelling software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, will be highly advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to communicate ideas, concepts and feedback to cross-functional team members.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work closely with marketer, product marketers, sales team and other stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight timeline in a fast paced environment.
