Summary: We are actively seeking an adept Software and Application Manager (Technical Lead) with expertise in .NET, OutSystems, and Data Science, boasting a minimum of 10 years of overall experience. The ideal candidate will spearhead the development of robust and scalable mobile applications using OutSystems, ensuring high-quality front-end design and minimizing rework. Previous involvement in local government projects in Singapore is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications using the OutSystems platform for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define application features, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Uphold front-end design quality by adhering to OutSystems best practices and optimizing user experience.
- Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and communicate project progress effectively with project managers.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
- Participate in Agile project methodologies, attending daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in OutSystems development, particularly focused on mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft .Net Technologies, including C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, WCF, WPF, and SSIS.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and full SDLC.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in OutSystems Front-end Developer Specialist, Web Developer Specialist, or Mobile Developer Specialist.
- Experience in developing and deploying mobile applications for enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Visual Source Safe (VSS) or Tortoise SVN.
- Knowledge of reporting tools like Crystal Reports and development tools like Microsoft Expression Blend.
- Previous involvement in local government projects in Singapore.
