<Responsibilities>
1.Store Operations:
-To be responsible for the store image and showroom cleanliness, ensuring store visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company directives
-To be responsible for weekly delivery, stock maintenance and stock replenishment
2.Sales and Customer Service:
-To be aware of the store sales target and strives to meet the target
-To ensure customer relationships and satisfaction through excellent sales skill and after-sales service
-To be aware of the customer profile, strive to discover customers' needs and provide professional advice and assistance to customers in the store
3.Others:
-To demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of products and their features, benefits, and usage to effectively respond to customers' enquiries
-To support store operations by providing regular updates and reporting to the Store Manager
<Requirments>
-0-2 years experience in retail
-Uniforms must be worn during working hours
-Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays
-Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong Team player with creative and approachable personality
-Customer-focused, result oriented, independent, highly motivated, and proactive
