Job Description
1) Learning Management System
a) To work with the front-end and back-end developers to understand and refine the functionalities of the learning management system
b) Work closely with subject matter expert to develop e-learning courses in the learning management system
c) Create engaging content via videos, pictures, notes, quizzes, assessments and other immersive environments with the use of the learning management system functions and third-party software
d) Proof-reading content for accuracy and making necessary amendments
e) Develop end-user guides for all adopted e-learning tools, software and applications
2) Others
a) To create and update content on social media platforms
b) Assist and coordinate with HR Corporate Communications Division
c) Assist in office general administrations
3) Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
· Minimum Professional Certificate / Diploma / ITE in Information Technology or equivalent
· Fresh graduates are welcome, working/ internship experience in IT is preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft office and strong computer skills
· Possess good communication and interactive/ interpersonal skills
· Must be meticulous with strong attention to details
· Must be willing to learn, independent and resourceful
· Able to work under pressure and meet customer’s demands
· Able to start work immediately, an advantage
