Responsibilities
- Execute effective product marketing strategies to enhance App visibility and user engagement
- Drive tenant engagement and acquisition initiatives to expand the user base
- Lead merchant acquisition efforts to onboard diverse businesses onto the CityNexus platform
- Manage partnership branding and campaigns to strengthen alliances and broaden the app’s reach
- Utilise data analytics to gain customer insights and enhance overall app performance
- Oversee the implementation of e-vouchers and loyalty programs, focusing on adoption and redemption rates
- Support end-to-end operations of E-Voucher & loyalty programme, Marketplace and other marketing activities, including digital and online platforms.
Pre-requisites
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- Proven experience in product marketing
- Demonstrated success in implementing and managing loyalty programs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
