They are looking for a senior system administrator who has a solid understanding of multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba cloud, O365), VMWare Virtualization, security technologies, and operating on Linux & Wintel Systems.
This is a global role and you will be collaborating with EMEA colleagues and regional team to maintain hybrid data center environment and IT operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure datacenter infrastructure and its services are up and running and meeting SLAs.
- Ensure that daily IT operations and service delivery are properly executed.
- Incident/Change and Problem management on areas of expertise .
- Responsible for projects scoping and delivery.
- Animate weekly technical operational committees with suppliers and outsourced contract.
You should have:
- At least 7 years of professional experience in system admin role.
- Autonomous & good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Written and spoken English is mandatory.
- !! Plus points if you know Chinese !!
Your technical expertise:
- Experience with large-scale international enterprise infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Nutanix, HPE Servers, VMware Virtualization, Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
- Familiarity with EMC Storage array, Commvault backup solution, and various security technologies including EDR, Vulnerability Management etc. .
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, AlibabaCloud, and Office 365.
- Experience with monitoring tools
