1. Job Description

  • Responsible for the sourcing, supervision, review and implementation of sponsorship, branding, internal and external communications of the organisation in alignment with the organisation’s strategies and policies and procedures and directions of higher management
  • Manage and supervise staff and identify opportunities for team training and skills advancement
  • Lead, manage and execute fund-raising and sponsorship initiatives (in cash and in kind) within the department budget and achieve KPIs
  • Plan, implement and measure the success of public relation, outreach and communications strategy
  • Manage media enquiries, write media releases, organise media events, handle on-site media engagement, prepare media kit, brief spokespersons on FAQs including event and crisis communication strategies
  • Plan and manage talking points, speeches, announcements at events, and support management team in public appearances and media engagements
  • Develop and execute a broad communications plan to drive the corporate and public profile, enhance the organisation reputation and improve Pertapis brand perception
  • Raise the visibility of leadership and management on social media and public speaking forums
  • Manage the organisation brand identity governance to protect the visual identity of Pertapis
  • Develop, lead and execute a creative and effective social media and content strategy in-line with organisation objectives
  • Champion, conceptualise and implement digital marketing efforts including campaigns, ideation, planning, buying, optimisation, analysis, insights, SEO and email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimise all digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, donors and public engagement; and leads to deliver donors and CSR leads including retention plans
  • Monitor campaigns and provide analytics reports; and identify trends and insights; optimise spend and maximise marketing engagement
  • Manage the corporate and staff engagement communication plans to proactively raise awareness, understanding Pertapis purpose, beliefs and value proposition
  • Develop communication campaigns with purposeful content themes and narratives to deliver consistent and clear messages to staff.
  • Advisor to internal stakeholders on communication matters and manage all internal and external communications channels including website, intranet news bite, in-office branding assets, innovations, and staff engagement matters.
  • Manage creative development and production of external corporate communication assets
  • Support management with content thought leadership and management branding
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by the CEO and higher management

2. Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or related studies
  • 3 years of relevant field experience, managing and working with agencies as well as working on digital and social media campaigns
  • Management and leadership skills
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management with a meticulous eye for detail
  • Drive, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn

3. Work Schedule


5 days work week

Monday to Friday : 9am - 6pm
