Position: Sales Support Coordinator
Roles & Responsibilities
The Coordinator will support day to day coordination activities to the sales department in the customer service department. He/ She is responsible to assist in customer enquiry and ensure order fulfilment to meet organization on time delivery objective.
Responsible in handling sales enquiries
Handle full spectrum of order processing and coordinate deliveries/shipping
Tracking of sales orders to ensure order are on schedule and are send out in timely manner
Effectively communicating with customers in friendly manner, resolving any issues that arise professionally
Requirements:
- Min āNā level or higher with 1 to 2 years relevant work experience preferred
- Entry level applicants are welcomed
- Competent in MS Office (Word/Excel) applications. Familiarity with Autocount software is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Demonstrates sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team player
- Results-oriented and able to abide by tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility
- Able to start work within short notice/immediately
