Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational management of multiple shopping centers throughout Singapore, ensuring they receive comprehensive facilities services including routine maintenance, pest control, landscaping, and security through our selected contractors and subcontractors.
- Conduct thorough investigations and analyses of reported malfunctions and defects to identify root causes and implement measures to prevent their recurrence.
- Manage and oversee enhancement projects within the designated shopping mall, ensuring they align with quality and standards.
- Implement operational plans and procedures following the client's directives, established protocols, and legal regulations, while responding promptly to client feedback, complaints, and service requests.
- Respond to inquiries from store owners, leaseholders, and the public regarding site-related issues.
- Organise and coordinate meetings and events, which includes logistical support, securing quotes, issuing invoices, and arranging event setups.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in managing commercial properties or alternatively, possess at least 5 years of facilities management experience.
- Possess valid Singapore class 3 driving license. Owning a vehicle is an advantage.
- Preferably possess certification for Fire Safety Manager.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and service oriented mindset.
