Admin Clerk

Singland Heavy Machinery & Construction Pte. Ltd.

  • Assist Forman in administrative tasks such as: photocopies, Ezlink cards, cash cards, PPE issurance and correspondence.
  • Prepare & coordinate the Delivery Orders (D/O); Disposal Orders and Material Request Forms and Purchase Orders.
  • Ensure driver timesheets are submitted from the workshop office to HQ in a timely manner.
  • General administrative duties as and when assigned.
  • Maintain proper filing system (e.g. Invoices / documents, etc…)

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE'N' Level or Certificate in office skills
  • Proficient in using Ms Office/E-mail knowledge
  • Able to work independently in a male workshop environment
