As an Accounts cum Admin , you will need to :
- Assists in the daily operations of Accounting (AP & AR) /Admin functions.
- Keeping track on outlets banking records, ensure cash sales is bank in on daily basis
- Focus and responsible for coordination/ management of invoices, outstanding payment. Ensure the financial data is captured in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage employee reimbursements.
- Taking charge of stationery and pantry order
- Assist HR in keeping track on Medical Reimbursement and entitlement
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- General Admin Duties
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or other Professional Accounting Certificates or its equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Hands-on, organized, self-driven and detailed oriented.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
