A) Customer Service
1. Process Customer Orders
- Prepare Sales Order, Purchase Order, Delivery Order
- Request for product samples (if required by customer)
2. Follow Up with Customer on order forecast / update delivery status
3. Handle customer enquiries/ feedback (via email, attend to phone calls)
B) Shipping & Logistics
1. Shipping arrangements
- Prepare container cubing list
- Liaise with Forwarders for booking of containers & trucking arrangements
- Ensure shipping documents are complete (from affiliates / working partner)
- Prepare shipping documents
- Assist in Cost Control: freight rates comparison – to provide monthly updates to management
2. Delivery arrangements
- Coordinate with working partners on delivery arrangements
- Check delivery schedule to ensure delivery is on time
