· Leads team of QS for tenders and projects
· Preparation of construction contracts and negotiate revisions, change and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors
· Preparation of tender submission and pre-tender pricing verifications
· Site verifications of variation and taking records for submission of claim
· Preparation of contracts
· Preparation of final accounts
· Monitors the cost on all phases of planning and construction with the parties concerned
· Work closely with PM in preparing monthly updated project progress and costing
. Prefeved familiar with civil engineer works and infrastructure
