Duties and Responsibilities
• Collect and input data into marketing databases and spreadsheets
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, market research, and campaign performance metrics
• Assist in the preparation of regular marketing reports and analytics
• Preparation of physical marketing collaterals
• Updating of operational forms
• Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports for approval and processing
• Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to gather insights to support marketing strategies
• To perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
