Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning elevators. This involves troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, replacing faulty components, and ensuring the system meets safety standards.
- Ensuring that elevators comply with relevant safety codes, regulations, and standards. Keeping abreast of industry updates and changes in safety guidelines.
- Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance on existing elevators to ensure they are in optimal working condition. This includes lubricating moving parts, adjusting components, and replacing worn-out or defective parts.
- Responding promptly to emergency service calls, especially when elevators break down unexpectedly, to restore functionality and ensure safety.
- Ensuring that elevators comply with relevant safety codes, regulations, and standards. Keeping abreast of industry updates and changes in safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of pertinent technical experience in the lift industry is required.
- Willing to travel across the entire island as per site requirements.
