You will be responsible for maintaining systems and processes to ensure conformance to JCI (non-clinical aspects) and ISO standards. This includes:
- Planning and conducting internal quality audits, and following-up and closure of findings
- Supporting departments on content management in various IT systems to meet JCI and ISO standards requirements
- Maintaining a system to track all licenses, ensure the Hospital's legal register is updated, and changes are communicated
- Working closely with stakeholders to facilitate the renewal of MOH Hospital License
You will also support the Hospital's data protection efforts to ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This includes:
- Supporting the development and implementation of data protection policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Coordinating and supporting internal reviews, audits, and staff engagement activities
- Attending to data protection queries, incidents, and data requests
- Providing secretarial support for committees.
Requirement
- Degree in any discipline, preferably with at least 2 years of experience in the healthcare setting
- Highly organised, independent, and meticulous
- Strong interpersonal skills with pleasant disposition, able to interact with people of all levels
- Experience and knowledge in quality standards, audit, legal compliance, and/or data protection would be advantageous
