Job Description:
- Oversee the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations.
- Set sales objectives by doing annual sales forecasts and analyzing variances.
- Plan, execute and review sales promotion campaigns periodically.
- Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the Company’s standards.
- Monitor merchandise stock level, turnover, stock ordering, and monthly stock take.
- Contribute to team effort by achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards.
- Train and guide new and existing staff.
- Evaluate and provide appraisals of staff.
- Make decisions on issues such as recruitment and discipline.
- Bank in daily cash receipts.
- Maintain outlet’s cleanliness and safety measures.
