Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving our sales efforts and delivering top-notch service to our customers. You will be responsible for both online and offline sales, with a focus on B2C transactions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to explore corporate sales opportunities and expand our client base.


Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.

* Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing personalized product recommendations and excellent service.

* Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and drive sales initiatives.

* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

* Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Requirements:

* Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in both online and offline environments.

* Strong understanding of B2C sales techniques and strategies.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
