Job Description:
- Assist in project progression by ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables and achieving project milestones.
- Conduct hardware and software installations necessary for turnkey solutions.
- Draft and execute Statements of Work (SOW) to outline project scopes and objectives.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and customers to resolve issues as they arise.
- Engage in System Acceptance Tests alongside external vendors and clients.
- Identify and resolve issues through effective troubleshooting and debugging techniques.
- Create and update technical and configuration documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Document and elucidate network topologies through diagrams and visual representations.
- Generate standard documentation including SOWs, system handover documents, and inventory lists.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree In Computer Science or equivalent
- Min 3-5 years relevant working experience
- Capable of functioning both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in the Linux domain, with expertise in CentOS and SUSE distributions.
- Familiarity with networking technologies encompassing Dell and Cisco equipment, along with Firewall systems like Fortinet, and Fiber-Optic transmission devices.
- Well-versed in Big Data technologies including Hadoop (HDFS, ZooKeeper), Cloudera, Hue, Apache, and Elastic Search, with a preference for hands-on experience in implementation and system maintenance.
- Prior exposure to Virtualization technologies is considered advantageous.
