Responsibilities:
Pre-Tender or Tender Stage
- Review Contract conditions.
- Check Quotation/ Bills of Quantity.
- Draft qualification/ statement of compliance for tender submission.
Tender Award Stage
- Negotiation of contract with Client.
- Check contract documents prior to endorsement.
- Prepare and negotiate Subcontract with Sub-contractors.
Contract Execution Stage
- Arrange for Performance bond for submission to Client.
- Draft contractual correspondences (as and when required).
- Draft letter of extension/ variation letters, supplemental agreement etc to Sub-contractors.
- Manage contractual disputes (as and when required).
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Building/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the construction industry or related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.
