Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Draft, vet and scrutinize contract agreements.
- Handle contractual disputes and write dispute letters.
- Review tender conditions of contracts.
- Handle insurance claims and quotations.
- Prepare tender documents.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Building/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the construction industry or related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.
