Who We Are Looking For & What Role You Will Play

  • Manage and oversee all the existing customers & contracts assigned by the HOD.
  • Build and deepen relationship with the customers under his/her charge through proactive regular engagements
  • Lead, coordinate and set timeline for the Project Team formed for solution proposal for new complex tenders, and arrange for briefing to the Management
  • Work closely with the Marketing department for product/service brochures and sales materials.
  • Coordinate with respective departments on the contractual requirements for new tenders and secured projects.
  • Attend tender briefings, tender interviews/presentations and meetings as requested by customers.
  • Prepare Project P&L for approval by the relevant Approving Authorities
  • Submit tenders/quotations before deadline and maintain record of all quotations, contracts and approved Project P&L submitted.
  • Coordinate with Finance department on matters pertaining to contracts, billing, outstanding payments, etc.
  • Coordinate with all the relevant departments to fulfill the contractual obligations of secured contracts/projects.
  • Conduct annual Service Quality Survey with the customers under his/her charge.
  • Any other duties as assigned by HOD or Team Lead

What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You

  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent
  • Preferably with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sales and/or Account/Relationship Management.
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
