Provide administrative support to music professionals relating to Teachers' Management. Reports to Music Director
DIVISION / DEPARTMENT : MUSIC SCHOOL (MS) / SCHOOL EDUCATION (EDO)
Purpose:
Key Responsibilities: -
1. Planning of teachers recruitment, orientation, deployment, and training.
2. Act as facilitator / communicator between teachers and schools &/or HQ on all teachers matters
& protocols.
3. Monitor and manage teaching hours, work schedules and teachers feedback on admin / related
office matters.
4. Liaison between YMS & PEI/MOE on registration of courses, teachers, and schools (where
applicable).
5. Perform any ad hoc duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements: -
1. Diploma and above, preferably related in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
(or equivalent experience).
2. Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience in administration roles, preferably in therelevant industry.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
5. Knowledge in Microsoft Windows.
