We are looking for a highly-driven and well-rounded Finance Manager to lead and manage the setting up of a regional accounting system out of a newly-established Singapore office. You will be working with our colleagues from our current Headquarter in Beijing, China, to identify, build and manage a regional accounting system to handle our AR and AP in the SEA and MENA regions.

Description
· Work with colleagues in China to Manage the transfer of international accounts to the Singapore Regional Headquarters
· Setup and manage a dedicated accounting system for the region (eg. SAP, Oracle)
· Work with colleagues in China to setup SOPs
· Overseeing and reviewing works done by the regional finance team
· Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P
· Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
· Budgeting and forecasting for the business
· Liaising with external auditors and tax agents
· Looking into strengthening current internal control and process improvement
· Support and work with our China-based Finance team in group-level accounting
· Report and work closely with the COO and Regional Director to prepare and manage annual budgets
Requirements
· Degree in Finance or Accounting from a reputable university
· Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Finance or Accounting
· Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in managing a Finance team with regional AR/AP
· Applicants with an ACCA or CPA qualification would be viewed favourably
· Self-starter: Prior experience in setting up new finance systems or protocols
· Prior experience working in a start-up or regional headquarters environment preferred
· Basic Mandarin comprehension and communication is a must
