Job Descriptions
- Liaise with the vendors on all payroll matter
- Payroll accounting
- Handle all income tax related documents and matters
- Generate payroll data for 300+ employees
- Annual statutory surveys
- Annual payroll audit schedules
- Report information required in Statutory Accounts
- Cash-flow projection for mid-year and year-end by market split
- Keep track of employees; movements who are awarded with shares to ensure that shares are disclosed accurately in the tax form
- Tracking of Share Scheme’s vesting period for corporate tax deduction
- Attend to all employee’s enquiries such as Employee Benefit, Payroll, Leaves, Insurance related matters
- Employees’ Benefits Analysis
- Assisting in WICA renewal
- Year-end accrual for unconsumed leave, tax processing fee and others
- Others related duties may be assigned from time to time.
