Responsibilities
· Manage season parking customer accounts and maintain an accurate and current customer database
· Effectively communicate with season parking customers via telephone, face-to-face and written communication
· Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the stipulated time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
· Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts & ensure payments are received promptly
· Communicate and coordinate with internal departments at all levels
· Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
Job Requirements
· Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
· Preferably with 2 Year(s) of relevant experience in related field
· Good team player with ability to work under a fast-paced environment
· Self-motivated, resourceful, meticulous and organized
· Possess initiative and a customer-oriented attitude
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Well versed in Microsoft Office applications such as but not limited to excel and word
