- Working days: Mon to Sat 8:30 to 19:00

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minmum Diploma in civil/structural discipline or equivalent and shall be accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS
- Minimum 3 years of relevant exprience in projects similar in nature to the works
- Candidate with experience in medical and/or healthcare projects will be an advantage.
- Experience in large scale addition and alteration work at live building.
- Strong knowledge of Architectural details, working drawings and local construction practice.
- Basic knowledge of C&S and M&E drawings.
- Conversant with Singapore Statutes, Building Codes and Regulations.
- Experience in supervision of building construction, architectural and fitting out works.
- Good leadership skills, ability to manage and organise a large site staff team.
- Ability to use Autocad, Microsoft Project Programming and Management Software and related software.
