Responsibilities:
· Working on IT projects relating to Data Platform, Data Visualization Platform and/or other data related projects.
· Performing other duties or tasks assigned by CIOO when required.
Educational Qualification:
· Diploma / Degree in IT.
Work Experience and technical skillset:
· At least 5 years of working experience in information technology.
· Minimally 3 years of IT Application BA experience in recent years.
· Practical experience with Agile Methodologies, tools and delivery.
· Understand solution engineering concepts and methods, and have produced technical application architecture design or specifications for systems on cloud (AWS, Azure, etc).
· Good understanding of Cloud Technology; and have attended the related fundamental Cloud Technology trainings.
· Experience in Vendor and Contract Management, Change Management / Service Request Management, Problem / Incident Management.
· Experience in supporting Government Projects will be an added advantage.
· Experience in supporting data manipulation using scripting languages like Python or using ETL tools, Visual analytics technologies like Tableau, Power BI End-to-end analytics architecture, preferably with some working knowledge of big stack and DevOps.
· With Business Analysis certification (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis™ (CCBA®), Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) will be an added advantage.

· Experience in supporting databases (MSSQL, Oracle, Cosmo, Postgres etc), nodeJS, automated software testing.
· With relevant healthcare domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
