We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell the leasing of Private Hire Vehicles (PHVs) to drivers who earn their living through app platforms like Grab, Gojek, and Tada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and pursue sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand clients' needs and offer solutions that align with Lumens' offerings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in direct sales. Experience in outdoor sales will be highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly driven, self-motivated, and a proven self-starter.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is a strong nice-to-have.
