Job Description:
- Attend to patient enquiries over the counter to provide information on clinic services
- Update patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures and clinic guidelines
- Provide quality customer service to patients
- Assisting in all day-to-day administrative duties.
- Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image
- Perform other ad-hoc departmental tasks/activities as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Min N/O level and above
- Willing to learn
- No working experience is required as on-the-job training is provided
