Job Description:
1. Support salesperson on submissions / requests via counter or other mode of communication.
2. Ensure that legal procedures are complied with by every of our salesperson.
3. Process Resale transactions via various platforms.
4. Data entry of all new sales / resale / lease transactions.
5. Attend to salespersons’ enquiries.
6. Maintain proper filing of all related forms & documents.
7. Any other administrative duties / ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
1. GCE 'O' level and above
2. Good communication skills
3. Keen eye for details
