Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring effective communication and a seamless service experience.
- Provide expert advice to customers on their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs,
- Record customer concerns accurately, communicate service quotations, and estimate job completion.
- Monitor service and repair progress, conduct post-repair inspections, and coordinate rectifications if needed.
- Handle all documentation, cost estimates, billing, and ensure the timely closure of job cards.
Requirements:
- Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Engineering preferably automotive-related.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
- Possess the ability to detect basic vehicle faults and problems.
- Demonstrate the ability to work positively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess proficient computer skills to manage customer information and process service orders.
