Highlights:
- Contract Duration: 5 months agency contract

- Working hours: Mon – Fri, office hours
Requirements:
- GCE O Levels and above
- 1-2 years of relevant HR / payroll experience
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate an efficient HR documentation (e.g.: employee records, work permit reports, contracts).
- Manage and process work permits; ensure quota of foreign workers is closely monitored and reviewed.
- Process payroll; work closely with payroll outsourcer to ensure timely salary crediting.
- Handle Team Member movement, such as promotions and employee transfers.
- Manage vendor files and process payment of suppliers.
- Attend to any HR-related matters.
- Any other duties assigned.
