Payroll Admin Assistant | Central – GW

Highlights:

  • Working location: Cecil Street
  • Working hours: Mon – Fri, office hours

Requirements:

  • GCE O Levels and above
  • 1-2 years of relevant HR / payroll experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate an efficient HR documentation (e.g.: employee records, work permit reports, contracts).
  • Manage and process work permits; ensure quota of foreign workers is closely monitored and reviewed.
  • Process payroll; work closely with payroll outsourcer to ensure timely salary crediting.
  • Handle Team Member movement, such as promotions and employee transfers.
  • Manage vendor files and process payment of suppliers.
  • Attend to any HR-related matters.
  • Any other duties assigned.
