Role Description: As a key contributor to JLL's Data-Driven Design, Innovation, and Strategy team within the APAC Work Dynamics business, your focus will revolve around fortifying various innovation projects and initiatives. This includes leveraging data insights, strategizing forward-thinking approaches, and implementing solutions that fuel business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to scout and capitalize on opportunities for improvement across a variety of in-house projects. These include the Work Science program, which aims to create dynamic, responsive workplaces that boost employee productivity and well-being. You will also work on projects focusing on the development of data-informed benchmarks to measure and improve organizational performance and on strategizing effective investment governance models to propel innovation and drive growth.
- Collect, parse, and analyze data to provide insights that bolster innovation initiatives, particularly those aimed at enhancing physical, digital, and human experiences in workplaces.
- Assist in drafting and fine-tuning project governance documents and policies, ensuring adherence to established industry standards and best practices.
- Work closely with consulting, PDS/Design, and Workplace Experience teams to support the implementation of the Work Science program.
- Contribute actively to the creation of new processes and tools designed to enhance business performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Take part in team meetings resolutely, providing timely progress updates, ideating, and sustaining effective communication across all organizational levels.
Background/Experience:
- Strong analytical skills complemented by acute attention to detail.
- A qualification in a scientific or analytical discipline is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated capability to work both independently and as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to convey complex data insights in an accessible and clear manner.
- A strong interest in and experience with data analysis, innovation, and design, ideally with exposure to the intersection of disparate disciplines.
- Experience in preparing, editing, and publishing academic or scientific content material.
- Proven experience working with both technical and business leaders, with a demonstrated knack for understanding and translating requirements between the two.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving work culture and comfort with stepping beyond traditional confines to pursue innovative solutions.
