Responsibilities:
Public Relations (PR)
- Manage company website and media platforms, including LinkedIn (regularly updating articles, amending information, and coordinating press releases with relevant departments.)
- Handle external inquiries from media, customers, and business partners.
Admin
- Assist Deputy General Manager (Corporate Strategy & Planning) and provide backup support to Assistant Admin Manager in administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with the parent company in Japan, handling reports on compliance, corporate governance, and information security on a periodic basis.
- Support front office staff, including traders, operators, and analysts, in administrative duties such as reimbursement of business expenses and report generation.
- Aid Japanese expats in onboarding and relocation matters, including accommodation and moving logistics.
- Act as a receptionist, managing communication channels, attending to visitors and vendors, and ensuring a professional office atmosphere.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of administrative and business support experience (preferably with prior exposure liaising with JP HQ).
- Possess business proficiency in Japanese language (both written and spoken) to liaise with Japanese HQ.
- Proficient in Ms Office suites including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
