RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the development of all online and offline materials to support the team’s initiatives, including but not limited Newsletters, Annual Report, EDM, Website, Mobile App, Social Medias, and printed materials
- Manage Campaign Visuals for BreadTalk IHQ Mall Campaigns and BreadTalk Group Rewards Loyalty Programme from conceptualizing to final delivery
- Assist to liaise with the printer on the selection of paper type and finishing to ensure printed material is in accordance to requirement
- Participate in cross-organization efforts to support the designing of Human Resource and BreadTalk Group’s materials from time to time
- Assist with the editing and trimming of Corporate Videos and Brand Videos as and when required
- Support the team with ad-hoc event photography as and when required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in visual designing
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Possess strong design sense with good analytics skill on color combination, layout and font type
- Detail oriented with strong organization skills and good time management
- Able to work both individually and in a team environment.
- Strong in multi-tasking with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadline
- Quick-witted and have strong problem-solving skills.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have a good understanding of the digital space with knowledge in Figma and Python will be a plus.
