A. Digital Marketing

1. Assist in strategy planning, implement social media and digital/Web strategy via multiple platforms from facebook, Instagram, google, EDM and other digital communication.

2. Research on current trends, work with bloggers, influencers and agency on social media campaigns, and proactively recommending digital media opportunities.

3. Analyse and report on the performance of social marketing programs.

4. Support Web/Advertising Team as and when required.


B. Website

1. Website contents management - coordinate with merchandising departments on contents submission and artworks, timely uploading of contents and directory updates

2. Feature articles - coordinate with merchandising departments and liaise with web agencies on Blog submission, vetting and approving articles on monthly basis

3. Coordinate with web developer and Information Systems department on any website bugs, fixes and improvements, landing pages and directory updates

4. Google on analytics statistics


C. Digital Signage

1. Liaise with external vendor on UI and contents of upcoming digital signage, Information Systems and Maintenance & Electrical departments on any technical issues

2. Contents management and updating of existing static signage in timely manner

3. Coordinate with merchandising departments on directory updates and artwork submission


D. Social Media (Facebook and Instagram)

1. Plan monthly schedule and coordinate with merchandising departments on post contents and artwork materials

2. Liaise with external agency on contents submission and approval, scheduling of facebook ads for regular and adhoc posts

3. Attend to customers’ queries, monitoring on comments, visitor posts and reviews

4. Regular and adhoc content creation - Facebook visuals creations or artwork adaptations, photo-taking of events and activities, copywriting and posts scheduling

5. Monitor competitors’ social media activities and good practices
