Must have 15 years experience Diaphragm Wall, Removal of RC pile, Pored pile, See wall & H beam and installation of king post and Jet grouting.
Willing to work at site standard time and non standard time.
Overall D. Wall project planning, distributing resources, time management, risk management, creating benchmarks, managing the budget, managing staff, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
Mobilize the machinery such as crane, grabber and cutter as per contract
Assemble the machinery and get the authorized examiner approval
Assist the LCDW to get the NCE and Utility layout drawing
Assist the Design and drafting team to get the drawing based on the site planning and constrains & submit the drawing to the MC/Consultant and do the follow up on the AE approval.
Prepare the project weekly and monthly rolling program in MICROSOFT PROJECT based on the hand over working place, site obstruction and constrains. Get the Project manager approval for rolling program and submit to main contractors
Follow up the program and ensure that program met up on site
After the completion diaphragm wall, follow up the top-down excavation and exanimate
Exposed diaphragm wall condition and ensure the soundness of the concrete
·Execution of following diaphragm wall rectification works if spotted any unsound conditions
Preparation of following diaphragm wall records Method statement, safe work procedure,risk assessment,lifting plan, Panel record,daily report, and Delay and obstruction recor Site daily, meeting minutes
· Report the site progress and other site planning related matter to daily coordination meeting & weekly sub-contractor meeting Maintain the site inventory records for steel plate, equipment's and machinery.
· Assist the QPs for inspections and clarify the technical matters - whenever required
· Maintain and update the all site records and assist the QS on the claim works
· Closely Follow up the cash follow together with project manager and QS and implement the actions whenever it downs
