DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General Finance Duties
· Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR), payroll, CPF, HR, GST & tax matters
· Maintenance of proper accounting records & filing system
· Handle petty cash & expenses
· Liaising with Group Finance Executive and auditors & preparing statements for yearly audit
· Preparing quotations for civil work.
· Any other duties as and when assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
· Min. O levels with accounting, or Any diploma, Degree
· Min. 0-2 years’ relevant experience
· Able to work independently
· Strong sense of integrity, responsibility with a positive attitude
· Meticulous and very detailed-oriented
· Proficient in Microsoft Office / Xero
