Responsibilities:
- Do appointment scheduling
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer’s emails and other avenues of communication
- Follow up with patients and clinics’ phone calls and emails when necessary
- Process payments and invoices to relevant parties
- Filing, checking invoices - labs, drugs
Requirements:
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Able to work well in team as well as individually
- Enjoy providing customer service support through phone call
- Effective follow-up skills
- Good time management and able to prioritise job tasks
