Job Descriptions
- Oversee the entire spectrum of HR functions, encompassing talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Offer strategic counsel to management and functional leaders regarding HR-related matters.
- Develop, implement, and refine HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in line with best practices to facilitate business objectives and expansion.
- Lead performance appraisal cycles, address grievances, and manage performance-related issues.
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy for the organization.
- Assist in conducting compensation surveys and reviews to ensure market competitiveness.
- Generate regular reports and analyses on HR metrics.
- Provide support for HR projects and undertake other relevant duties as necessary.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent with 5 years' relevant
experience - Good working knowledge of Employment Act, local labour legislations and other statutory
requirements - Strong background in the area of compensation and benefits and/or learning and development preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Resourceful, hands-on and a self-starter
- Willingness and capacity to learn new skills and technology
- Experience in IT industry will be an added advantage
