What You Will Do
Research support
- Conducts Research Quality Assurance e.g. Conduct data cleaning and verification to ensure data collected is accurate and reliable
- Performs verbatim coding with accuracy
- Supports focus group discussions e.g. transcribe discussions, records notes of discussions
- Handles project enquiries as defined and escalates where necessary
- Attends to enquiries from survey respondents
Fieldwork
- Conducts data entry of collected data
- Conducts mystery audits to ensure compliance to defined standards
- Conducts telephone or face-to-face interviews to obtain relevant information by asking questions from a prepared outline
- Conducts calls to target respondents to participate in surveys
- Recruits participants for focus group discussions and/or schedules appointments for interviews
- Identifies and reports problems in obtaining valid data
What It Takes To Be In This Role
- Minimally a Diploma in any discipline (preferably completed a module in Market Research or Business Statistics)
- Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel (intermediate to advanced knowledge), Word and PowerPoint
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Performance and goal oriented
- Independent and at the same time a strong team player
