Job Description
- Assist in Mise En Place
- Fulfill kitchen orders during service ensuring quality and accuracy set by company's person-in-charge
- Ensure compliance with NEA standards regarding food handling and hygiene requirements
- Ensure that quality, quantity, and correctness of food items served and displayed are per company’s standard recipes.
- Work closely and cooperate with all food "stakeholders" to achieve perfect plates of our thoughtfully designed menu.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of related experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Present a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Good interpersonal skills for dealing with all levels of people.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Creative and experimental in cooking.
