Job Description
- Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided
- Meet potential clients, and understand their requirements in detail
- Prepare sales quotations to home owner
- Present 3D perspective drawings to client, and pitch the complete design decision
- Place orders for materials and oversee the installation of the renovation works
- Oversee construction and coordinate with Contractors to implement the plans and specifications for the project
- Visit the site, to ensure that the client is satisfied before close file
Requirements
- Candidates with prior experience in Interior Designing and Sales are preferred.
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Passionate in Designing
- Positive attitude and takes pride in your work.
- Great work ethics
- Great Time management skills
- Strong aesthetic sensibilities and creativity
- Skilled with AutoCAD / Illustrator / Sketchup
