POSITION PURPOSE
This incumbent is responsible for managing, organizing, and retrieving stock.
DIMENSIONS
This incumbent is responsible for preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule; receiving and processing warehouse stock products; performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits
NATURE AND SCOPE
A. Report Relationship -
This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.
B. General Department Overview –
The incumbent is responsible for coordinating with the Administration Officer to prepare raw materials for production and local and overseas shipments.
C. Area of Responsibility
- Operate of forklift, stacker/scissor lift.
- Handling of goods in and out of the warehouse.
- Loading/unloading of goods into the containers.
- Receiving of incoming goods.
- Participate in cycle count & stock take.
- Maintain 5S housekeeping in the warehouse & loading bay.
D. Requirements –
- Secondary education.
- Able to read and write basic English.
- Possess a forklift driving license.
- One year experience in driving a forklift.
- Possess a safety-first mindset.
