Our client is a reputable MNC and leading construction company diverse in both local and overseas projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading business development in HQ.
- Maintain good relationships with vendors, consultants, clients, relevant Authorities and perform market research, and identify new prospective, business opportunities, and new local project leads.
- Preparing presentations of findings for upcoming tender to bid for the tender.
- Promoting the Company’s innovation and technology to potential clients to develop new business fields and opportunities.
- Developing and implementing marketing and growth strategies and plans.
- Coordinate with the tender team to manage the proposal response process, including detailed tender & bid requirements
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering and/or relevant Engineering field
- Business development experience in construction Buildings or Data centers, or High tech facilities, and or Fab projects is mandatory.
