Roles and Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day operations of the childcare centre, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate environment for children.
· Design and implement age-appropriate educational programmes, activities, and resources to promote infant's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
· Maintain open and effective communication with parents and provide updates on their child's progress.
· To work closely with the team and motivate them in achieving the Centre’s goals.
· Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the childcare centre, fostering a positive and cooperative environment for both staff and families.

· Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – ACEY
· Willing to learn.
· Reliable and committed.
· Care and love the children sincerely.
· Good in communication.
