Our client is one of the world’s most trusted international life insurance brokers serving high net-worth clients, affluent families and executives of multinational companies from over 50 countries. They are currently looking for Servicing Consultant to join the team.
The role will report to Chief Sales Officer.
Job Duties:
- To provide timely and regular review of existing client’s insurance policy
- Work with underwriter and policy servicing team to ensure consistency and accuracy of policy information
- Support Sales Consultant in organizing Annual Policy review with client
- Proper tracking and organisation of policy review documents and materials
- Able to interpret policy statements and information
- To provide exceptional and timely service to existing policyholders
- To provide professional advice on client’s financial and insurance needs
- Comply to compliance policies and procedures set by MAS and company
- Input and update client’s details in the CRM system
- Support team members in client meetings, medicals and presentations
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder and above from Finance or related discipline
- Candidate who has taken required CMFAS papers will be preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as sales personnel in banking or insurance industry
- Self-driven, independent with integrity value
- Proficient in English or other native language such as Mandarin, Thai or Bahasa
